Meatball Sub

I am feeling pretty good today. I killed at the gym. I got to the class after everyone had started, but I caught up and finished before they did! That makes me feel amazing! I have been kind of dogging at the gym the past two weeks. This workout means that I am turning around and getting back  on track! Just in case you want o try the workout yourself we ran three laps around the parking lot (estimated distance is at most 400 meters) 40 squats, 30 sit ups, 20 push ups, 10 box jumps and 5 pull ups for 4 rounds.

On a side note, I am kind of bummed because I noticed that my shoes are the tiniest bit starting to fall apart. I love my Brooks running shoes, these babies have been with me for the hundred plus miles and hours of training I put in for my half marathon and then some. I will have to be on the lookout for another pair.

On to the meatball sub. I found this on pinterest a while back and my family enjoys it. I cook up some meatballs (I cheat and use the frozen kind). Add some pizza sauce, put it on a sub roll and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Throw them in the oven until the cheese melts. SO yummy and pretty quick!
